Studio Workflow Forms
- 6 PSD files including all wording and organized folders
- Client Inquiry and Contact Form - Absolutely essential in keeping up with potential clients. After implementing this sheet into my workflow I converted nearly 30% more potential clients into actual clients.
- Client Folder Sheet - This little baby stays with each client's folder and has been a lifesaver. One sheet covers all the most important things you need to keep track of for your client.
- Call Sheet - I grab this as soon as I hear my studio phone ring.
- Includes Mini Session Scheduling, Consultation Sheet, and a Birth Announcement form.
- Last but not least, I include audio/video in .mp4 format.

My first year in business I struggled with keeping clients organized. I had support from friends and family who constantly wanted to come over and help - but with what? I tried to keep things organized in my own way but that was fundamentally inefficient. Something had to be done - so over the next two years I developed these forms to use in my own studio. The flow from potential client to returning client is now so streamlined, I am able to hire an assistant with minimal training (even my husband can help, though not necessarily recommended ;) ).
What you will get with these essential business forms is very straightforward wording and so freeing to implement into your business. You simply customize the areas that need customizing and the rest you will just print out and keep on hand. From a client calling with an inquiry, to keeping track of workflow, to organizing your potential clients, you are going to take a deep breath and get some of that much needed fresh air.
Furethurmore, I cover some of the ways I use these forms in my own workflow in a little sneak peek video that touches on some of the key points I mentor photographers with who are struggling to get organized. |
