Information in the Limited Use Print License and Model Release is a product of research we have done in many places including our own attorneys and the Professional Photographer's Association in which we highly recommend becoming a member. As with all important legal documents, you should have your attorney consult with you about the laws in your own state and approve all legal documents you use.
Included in this set is a list of policies we have developed over the years. One for in-person proofing (which is what we follow) and one for online proofing. We left out any erroneous information and highlighted policies in a very straight forward and easy to understand format.
We also include an audio/video tutorial highlighting details about the License and Model Release. It is very important to fully understand your own policies in order to enforce them and protect yourself and your business.
